Mixing Service
Having trouble with mixing that track? Just can't get it to sound right? Having issues with that vocal that just won't power through the whole mix? Loosing that bass or that guitar crunch? Watery kick drum issues? etc.
Then we can sort out that mix for you!
Nightbreed has used both midi and audio sequencing since it's inception in 1997 and we are at home with either or both in the same track.
Mixing is in theory a simple matter. Get all the instruments and sounds all sounding nice by adjusting the levels etc, bounce it down to one audio track and that's it! However from a sonic point of view there may be a number of clashes at different frequencies and at different points in the song. This can cause the track to sound dull, amateurish and fuddy and to destroy all the hard work that was put into the song so far. We here at Nightbreed know all the secrets of mixdown and have learnt the hard way of how to put together a good mix. We can now offer the service to you....
The main system we use is Reason slaved into Pro Tools, but we can use Reason into Logic, Logic alone or we can convert to pure audio. Please feel free to contact us for options.
